Managing credits

As a Project Admin, you are able to reserve a credit to a group for exclusive use by that group only. This is useful for when you want to pre-purchase credits in advance and allow your Group Coordinators the flexibility to activate/schedule them on a Flexbox when it suits their needs.

To do this, navigate to the master credits page where you can list all credits within your project. From here you can use the Group dropdown to assign an inactive (unused) credit to a Group.

Note: the dropdown will only appear for unused credits, since credits that have already been activated have their group fixed to the group of the Flexbox.

Once you have done this, the credit will be available for your Project Admins or Group Coordinators to activate from within that Group.

If you are a Project Admin, you can activate or schedule a credit from the master credit page. Simply go to the Credits page found in the left navigation menu. Please note it is not possible to cancel, upgrade or downgrade a credit once it's been activated, so be sure that you're ready to start a session before you activate a credit. If you don't need to use it right away you can also schedule a credit for future use.

If you are a Group Coordinator, select your Group, then click the Credits tab.

To activate or schedule a credit, hit the “Activate” button on the credit you wish to use. This will show you a modal form:

To activate immediately, select your desired Flexbox from the dropdown, and hit “Confirm”. The credit will be applied to the Flexbox immediately, allowing you to create new sessions. Note: Once they have started, credits cannot be de-activated.

To schedule a credit for future activation, select the “Schedule for future” option on the activation form. This will allow you to select the date and time you want the credit to begin:

Scheduled credits can be unscheduled at any time by hitting the “Unschedule”button; they can they be activated or re-scheduled.
