ClearView Flex PAYG requires that you purchase credits to use on your Flexbox.
Adding a payment method
In order to purchase a Credit for use with ClearView Flex PAYG, you’ll need to add a payment method (currently only credit and debit cards are accepted). Once you’re logged in to the admin console, navigate to Payment Options from the main menu.
To add a new card, simply hit the “Add Card” button in the top right and fill out your card details and billing information. When adding a new card, your card issuer may ask you for further authentication. Known as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), this most often comes in the form of 3D Secure (used by Visa and MasterCard), and will be shown in a pop-up in your browser. All payment details are hosted securely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
Buying credits
The checkout process is quick and simple. Navigate to Credits from the main menu and hit the “Buy Credits” button in the top right. First, select the type (Weekly or Monthly / Pro or Starter) and quantity of the credit you need:

All transactions are handled securely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. If your state or country requires us to charge sales tax or VAT we will add it when you purchase a credit. We calculate your sales tax based on the address where the service is provided.
