Physical Flexboxes require a wired ethernet connection with at least 20Mbps upload in order to operate.
It is highly recommended that Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) is switched off for the Flexbox video streams - since this can result in a high firewall processing overhead and significant delays.
Virtual Flexboxes also have other network requirements that also must be met.
Firewall rules
You can see the firewall rules for your Flexbox within CVF Administration. Simply go to the Flexbox Setup Guide page in the left navigation bar as a Project Admin and select the Flexbox to see the rules that need to be configured.
Presenters and Viewers also have their own firewall rules that need to be allowed in order to operate.
