User accounts are needed only for those managing ClearView sessions, known as Session Presenters. They handle the Flex stream and user invitations. Viewers authenticate to sessions using invite links sent via email. If you're looking to join a session as a Viewer, check out our guides here.
Supported Browsers
To access the Presenter application, all you need is an internet connection, a web browser, and your user credentials. Please log in to Flex using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, please bear in mind Firefox does not support 10-bit video at this time. We recommend using Chrome for its full feature support.
