Creating a package is very similar to sending an email. You can send multiple files or folders within one package and packages can be sent to multiple users.

First, make sure you have located the FileRunner application within the Sohonet Hub from the main navigation bar at the top of the page.

To create a package, select ‘Create Package’ from the left-hand menu (it may be in a sub-menu if you have multiple accounts).

All packages need a Subject/Reference, which is added just like in an email. You can also add a personal message in the box below the Subject.

Attach files and or folders either by dragging and dropping into the file list or by selecting the add file or folders buttons.

When your package is ready, hit 'Send'

When creating a package it is recommended that you are connected to the Sohonet Media Network for optimum upload speeds. For this, see the Network Detection indicator at the bottom right of the content box.
