Where do I log in and where do I get my account details?

All you need to access FileRunner is an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. With no software downloads or specialist networking or firewall requirements, even those with the most basic technical skills should be able to get themselves up and running in a matter of minutes.

First-time users

To start sending files with FileRunner you'll need an account. If you've already signed up for FileRunner with Sohonet an admin or someone from the Sohonet team should have invited you via email (check your junk mail!). If not, please contact your Hub administrator or Sohonet Support to get an account created.

Your welcome email will contain a link which will allow you to finish setting up your account, including the ability to edit your details and create your password. Your email can not be changed at this stage so if you need to amend it please contact our support team. Once your registration is complete you will be able to log in with your new credentials as below.

Returning users

If you already have a FileRunner account and are looking for where to log in to the newly launched version of FileRunner you will find the login page here.

Simply log in using your email address and password. If you are having trouble remembering your password select “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions in our account settings guide.

NOTE: The newly re-launched FileRunner uses your email and not your username. If you have saved credentials in a password manager these may need to be updated.
