The quickest way to download a package is by clicking ‘Download’ in the email you receive once a package has been sent to you.

You are also able to download packages by logging in to FileRunner going to your "Received Packages" found on the right and choosing the package you would like to download. You also have the option to download individual files within a package. Please see the video below that takes you through step by step on how you are able to download packages from FileRunner.
