Your username is usually in the following format [firstname]-[lastname] e.g jane-demo. The Hub does not currently support logging in with your email address as your username.

If you forget your username simply go to https://hub.sohonet.com. Click “ I have forgotten my username”. Add your email address and you will be be sent your Sohonet Hub username via email.

If more than one Hub account is associated with this address you will receive a list of usernames.
