If you find you are receiving an audio echo when presenting your session, this could be because you are receiving audio from both your software as well as your ClearView Flex session.

You are able to mute the audio coming from ClearView Flex by pressing the mute button found in the viewer app.
โ€‹
We also advise using headphones where possible for all users of a Flex session. This can help separate the audio feed from the video source and any video conferencing application or phone call you may be running alongside.
