To begin the setup process for your Virtual Flexbox, you will first need to navigate to the Flexboxes page in your Clearview Flex Admin panel. From there select the Virtual Licenses tab. Here you will find a list of all your allocatedVirtual Licenses and their associated Virtual Flexboxes on your Project.
If you do not have any available Virtual Licenses, speak to your account manager for more information.
By selecting the spanner icon next to the license you want to use, you can start the self-managed provisioning process.
A simple form will allow you to input a Flexbox name and the location of the Flexbox.
The Flexbox name is a free form field. This will be used for other users on your Project to identify the Flexbox when creating review sessions and for other management purposes. Select something appropriate and recognisable. It will need to be unique within the context of the project.
Locations relate to where our Flexbox infrastructure is situated. Select the one nearest to where your Virtual Flexbox is hosted to ensure the lowest possible latency for your Flex sessions.
Select “Generate Activation Key” to move to the next stage.
This will generate an activation key and login credentials required to register your Virtual Flexbox.
You must copy your Activation Key and save it if not using it immediately. You will not be able to access this information later.
