By default, senders and recipients of packages receive email notifications at various stages of delivery.
A sender should receive notifications when:
1) Their package is successfully uploaded
2) When a package is successfully downloaded by a recipient
3) A reminder when packages have not been downloaded and are about to expire

A recipient should receive a notification when:
1) They have a package ready to download
2) A reminder if they have not downloaded the package and it is about to expire.

If you have additional users who wish to receive all notifications for the account so they know the status of other users packages they can be added to the Package Activity Notification list.

The Package Activity Notification list is found under 'Contract Settings'. To add someone to this list select 'Add' and enter the user's name and the email address to send notifications to. They do not need to be a FileRunner user to receive these notifications. Once in the list you can toggle the notifications on and off.
