There are multiple places where a user's mobile/cell phone can be added or edited for Pin verification purposes:

1) A FileRunner user can add their number to their user profile. This is found under the main account menu at the top right under 'My account'
2) When creating a new FileRunner user an Admin can add a number to the new user profile
3) When creating a new ad-hoc user to a package you have the opportunity to add both an email and a phone number
4) If no phone number has previously been added to your recipient and you need to add one for pin verification purposes you can add or edit any number when sending the package. Simply add the user to the package and then use the 'Add' or 'Edit' buttons shown below.
