How do I change users’ permissions in FileRunner?

Only Admin users have the ability to add and change the user permissions of other FileRunner users on a specific FileRunner Contract. If you do not have Admin user status please contact your FileRunner Admin to make the changes.

If you are a FileRunner Admin, once you have logged in, find User Management in the left-hand menu. If you have Admin permissions on more than one FileRunner account you will first need to select the relevant account before drilling down to the admin pages.

The User Management page displays a list of all users on your FileRunner Contract. To change a user’s permissions simply click “Edit” in the top right corner and then choose the permissions you would like for your specific users.

You can choose either the User or Admin role and either send and receive or receive only permissions. Users with receive only permissions can not send FileRunner packages on your account.
