How do I enforce Pin Verification for packages on my account?

There is a global setting for Pin verification under the Contract Settings of your account. The Contract Settings page is only accessible to users with Admin permissions.

When enabled, the Pin Verification feature requires users to enter a PIN, sent to them via SMS, before a package can be downloaded. This can be configured to be required for either all recipients of packages across the account, or just for ad-hoc recipients only.

To edit the settings simply check the desired settings as required and select the ‘Save’ button on the bottom right of the control panel. Any changes will be applied immediately to all future sent packages.
