How do I refresh the ClearView Apple TV app if I'm having issues receiving my Flex stream?

If you’ve left a ClearView Flex session and would like to rejoin, but the content is not playing, please consider refreshing the ClearView Flex App before rejoining the session.

  • Navigate to the home screen by tapping the Home button on the Siri Remote

  • Double press the Home button to open the app switcher

  • Swipe on the Touch surface to select the ClearView Flex app

  • Swipe up on the Touch surface to quit the ClearView Flex app

  • Open the ClearView Flex app from the main menu to rejoin the session
