I closed my session browser, how do I get back into my ClearView Flex session?

As a presenter it is important to keep the browser open for the entire session. If as the presenter your browser closes unexpectedly for any reason, you will have to create a new session. If you see that your Flexbox status is still "in use" proceed to the admin portal to remotely end the previous session from the Sessions tab. If you are not an admin on the account, please contact one of your admins to remotely end the session on your behalf.

As an invited viewer, if your browser closes unexpectedly simply use the same invitation link sent to you when you first joined the session. Each invitation can be used as many times as needed to join and rejoin a session within the first 30 minutes unless otherwise stated by the presenter. If the link has already expired, please contact the presenter of the session to resend a new invitation to join the session.
