Updated over a year ago

Pivotboxes are marked as 'In Use' if they are actively streaming content on another call, initiated by another user.
You can not select 'In Use' Pivotboxes when creating a call.

Project Admins can kick other users off calls and free up a Pivotbox from the Activity Log in the Project Admin.
Go to Project Admin > Activity. Any active calls will be displayed in a table under 'Active Calls'. To end the call select 'End Call' in the Actions column. This will immediately terminate the call for all users.

If for any reason the Pivotbox is displaying as 'In Use' but there are no active calls in your call log please contact our support team.
