You are permitted to set up calls between any of the Pivotboxes attached to your project. You can also make calls to a user on your project if you do not know which Pivotbox they will be answering on.

Whilst Pivotboxes may be assigned to multiple projects, you can only add Pivotboxes which you have contractual ownership of to your projects. This means if you need to set up calls to Pivotboxes at your vendors/customers/partners sites you need to have an additional permission added to the Project to access these machines.

We call this permission a 'Project Connection'. Once this permission is added you can call users across projects. You can not call or manage the remote Pivotboxes directly but can call a user at the third party site who can select a Pivotbox to answer the call on.

Project connections are currently managed by Sohonet. In order to request a connection please contact support with written permission from the third party.
