How do I access multiple Projects from the Call Manager

‘Projects’ are used in Pivot to group a list of users and Pivotboxes for permission purposes All users in a project can make and receive calls from any Pivotboxes added to the project.

Some Pivot users will be added to multiple projects. If so, they can access their various projects using the Project Bar on the left-hand side.

These users will need to select the project context for their call to ensure that they have access to the right Pivotboxes and users, and that calls are logged to the right project for reporting purposes.

The Project Bar allows users on multiple projects to select the correct project before making calls and access the Project level admin pages.
