If you are trying to start a ClearView Flex session and the Flexbox you are trying to select is labelled as "In Use". Then there must be an open session on the Flexbox already; you can only run one session per Flexbox.

It's possible someone has left the session open by mistake. In which case, a ClearView Flex Admin can end the current session via the 'Sessions' page in the Admin console.
