Why aren't my viewers receiving their ClearView Flex session invites?

If your viewer does not receive their invite by email this could be down to spam filtering on your viewer's email account. If the invite does not land in their inbox, try checking the spam folder. If this is a persistent problem, it may be possible to ask their systems administrator to whitelist the Sohonet domain on their mail server.

As a presenter, you are also able to copy a user's invite link and send this by alternative means. This can be accessed by clicking the arrow next to your viewer's name in the invite list and selecting 'Copy invite link'.

If your viewer is watching via Apple TV, and requires the Session ID and Auth PIN to authenticate instead of an invite link, you are also able to access the Auth Pin from the same menu in the invite list. Session IDs can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the Presenter app.
