Your account may be locked down to registered users only. If this is the case, you will need to get a FileRunner Administrator to set up a User account for any new recipients prior to creating the package.
Some accounts a re open to 'ad-hoc' sending and you can ad-hoc recipients to a package as and when you need them. This is an option available to your FileRunner Admin under the Contract Settings. However when sending to an ad-hoc recipient no password is required to download the package so for security reasons many account holders choose to keep this feature turned off.
Why can't I add a new user as a recipient for my package?
