Why is my video not playing/displaying in either my ClearView Flex Presenter or Viewer app?

If you are confident that the Flexbox is powered on and correctly receiving a stream but you are not receiving the feed through the Presenter app or perhaps one of your viewers is not receiving the stream, it is possible that a local firewall is blocking your stream from getting through. You will need to ensure that you have the correct port configurations for both the outbound streaming Flexbox and the inbound stream.

Firewall configurations for your Flexbox are unique to your setup. The firewall configurations can be found on page 2 of your installation guide. Please Speak to our support team if you haven't received the installation guide or if you need any assistance.
