All that is required to access FileRunner is an up-to-date web browser and access to the Sohonet Hub via the Internet (no software downloads required). We recommend using Google Chrome of Mozilla Firefox as these are the only browser that will support Folder uploads.

You can open FileRunner through the Sohonet Hub at hub.sohonet.com. To send content via FileRunner you will need a Hub account. If you are already signed up to FileRunner with Sohonet, you should have already received login details for your Hub account. If not, please contact your Hub administrator or Sohonet Support.

You will need both a username and password to login to the Hub. You cannot log into FileRunner using your email address.

Once logged in, you will find the FileRunner application in the main navigation menu at the top of the page.
