For viewers joining the session, Flex is designed to work with as little as a 1mbps when set to the Super Low bitrate setting. To support higher bitrate settings and gain a higher quality viewing experience we recommend you use a hardwired 15Mbps+ connection where possible.

We recommend that your Flexbox is connected with at least 20Mbps+ upload speed on a wired stable connection. Any packet loss between the Flexbox and our ClearView cloud infrastructure may cause interference to your stream.
