ClearView Flex can only host one session at a time. If a previous session was not ended correctly, this can leave you ClearView flex box in an active session state causing other users unable to create their sessions.

If you are not an admin user please contact your Admin. If you are an Admin user simply do the following:

  1. Got to your ClearView Flex admin portal

  2. Choose sessions from the navigation list on the left

  3. Click the red “End session” button on the active sessions section.
