The real-time transcode and hosted transport process adds less than 100ms of latency to the stream, putting it within a handful of frames of the source content.
Extreme distance between the viewer from the host can add additional latency consistent with the speed of light (~10ms for every 1000 miles).

For comparison, most "micro latency" solutions have 2000-5000ms (2-5 seconds) of latency.
