How do I reboot my ClearView Flex Flexbox?

The best way to reboot your Flexbox is via the ClearView Flex Administration website. Simply navigate to the Flexbox settings page and click the "Reboot" button at the top of the page.

This will take up to 5 minutes to complete and once done, you should notice the Flexbox will come back online and the Uptime to be reset on the Flexbox settings page.

Physical (in-person) reboot

Alternatively, you can physically reboot your Flexbox. We do not recommend this as the Flexbox performs periodic updates regularaly and it can leave your Flexbox in an unrecoverable state that would require a replacement. So only proceed with this as a last resort.

Before you begin, please ensure all sessions have been ended before physically rebooting or powering down your Flexbox.

Rack mounted Flexbox

Press the power button on the front and hold until your Flexbox powers down. Then press the same power button to turn your Flexbox back on.

Desktop Flexbox

If you have a smaller desktop Flexbox, press the power button on the front (this is the only button on the front) until the white light goes off. Then proceed to press the power button again to power it back on.
